FIA Karting Arrive & Drive World Cup 2026: registrations are now open

15-10-2026

The event, organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), will take place from November 19th to 22nd at the LYL International Circuit in Malaysia, with OTK Kart Group providing exclusive technical support. The venue will also host the FIA Pacific Mini ROK Trophy

Following last year's success, the LYL International Circuit in Malaysia is preparing to host the second edition of the FIA Karting Arrive & Drive World Cup, scheduled from the 19th to 22nd November. The competition, featured by a competitive format designed to boost participation in the karting sport on a global scale, will once again feature the OTK Kart Group this year, which will supply Kosmic chassis and Vortex engines to all competitors.

The event will be divided into two categories: Junior, reserved for drivers born between 2012 and 2014 and holding a Grade G international karting licence issued by their national karting authority (ASN); and Senior, dedicated to drivers born between 2008 and 2012 and holding a Grade E or F international karting licence.

Registrations for qualified drivers - that is, those who have gained the entry through their results in the FIA Karting Arrive & Drive European Championship and the FIA Karting Arrive & Drive Asia-Pacific Championship - opens on 28th September and closes on 19th October. From 20th to 28th October, the registrations will be extended to wildcard drivers, subject to places still being available.

Drivers may apply without the need for selection by their national ASNs. In the case of minors, registration must be carried out by a competitor who is the father, mother or legal guardian, and who holds a valid international licence.

The "Arrive & Drive" format involves the use of identical karts for all participants, with the aim of keeping entry costs down and allowing the drivers' skills to shine on the track. Each competitor will have to bring its own personal racing kit, basic tools and a mechanic, while the technical package will be provided directly at the track.

OTK Kart Group will once again be the technical partner of the FIA Karting Arrive & Drive World Cup, supplying all participants with Kosmic Kart Mercury T chassis and Vortex SV Engines, in both Junior and Senior configurations. The staff from the Italian company will also be present at the track to provide technical assistance to competitors, with the aim of ensuring maximum fairness and identical conditions for all drivers.

OTK Kart Group's role within the Federation's "Arrive & Drive" project further strengthens, following the exclusive supply of the inaugural edition of the World Cup in 2025 and its technical partnership with the European and Asia-Pacific championships in 2026.

The weekend's programme will be completed with the Asia-Pacific Mini ROK Trophy, which will see drivers aged between 9 and 13 running with the Mini ROK karts. For the young talents, the Vortex-sponsored one-make series, will be an opportunity to show off their skills on a major stage. The competition also reaffirms the leading role played by OTK Kart Group in the Asian continent.
